Identifying the constraints while changes are still inexpensive is usually the difference between a design that can be built as drawn and one that has to be reworked.
Commercial oversight of rail-side works, including the cost and programme implications of asset protection obligations. Network Rail's review, supervision and protective measures are recoverable costs to the promoter of the works, and they are far easier to handle when priced and planned for at the outset.
Programme and delivery management for works alongside the operational railway, including the planning and use of possessions, isolations and night-time working. We coordinate contractors, designers and Network Rail so that access windows are used for what they were booked for.
